A tracker shows hours on a task. It cannot show that the hours belong to somebody who was never planned there. Capaline reads the worklog and puts her on the row — marked as found, not as planned.

Ruby Lindqvist was not assigned to this task. Twenty hours arrived from her Jira worklog. She appears in italics, dashed, with “0 h · 20 logged”.
The person is on the task, the plan says nothing. The chip turns amber and the number stays honest.
When the author of a worklog is not in the workspace at all, the hours are named separately — with the reason, not with a shrug.
