Nothing in a workspace is ever deleted by saving. Deletion is always a separate press, it checks your rights, and it lands in Logs with the author and the time. If a row is missing, an admin can see in Logs who removed it and when — and restore points bring the workspace back to how it was.
The usual cause is being signed in to Atlassian with a different account than the one you meant to use. Sign out of Atlassian, or open Capaline in a private window, and press Connect Jira again.
If it still fails, the Atlassian page states the reason — send us that text.
Pick a Scrum board: kanban boards have no sprints, so there is nothing to pull. Check that the sprint you selected actually contains issues.
Integrations → Disconnect. That deletes the tokens we hold immediately. You can also revoke access from your Atlassian account settings without telling us.
Found a vulnerability? Write to support@capaline.com with the word "security" in the subject. Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing.
