Capaline

Refund Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Capaline is a business-to-business subscription service (SaaS) operated by BZUB SOLUTIONS S.L. (NIF B75441717, Valencia, Spain). Subscriptions are sold and invoiced through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record: the charge on your statement, the invoice and the tax are theirs, and refunds are issued through them.

The short version. Every plan starts with 14 days free, so you can see the whole product before any money moves. If something is charged that should not have been, write to [email protected] — we refund it. We do not keep money for a service you could not use.

Before you are charged: 14 days free

Every workspace begins with a 14-day free trial on the full product — not a reduced version. Starting a paid plan with a trial requires a valid card, held by Paddle; nothing is charged while the trial runs.

At the end of the 14 days the subscription renews automatically and the card is charged for the first period. Cancel any time before that and you are never charged. We send a reminder to your billing address before the trial converts, so the charge is never a surprise.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason and without contacting us:

Cancelling stops future charges. The subscription stays usable until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut access on the day you cancel. After that the workspace becomes read-only: your data stays readable and exportable, and nothing is deleted because you stopped paying.

Refunds

14-day withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from the start of a paid subscription to withdraw from it and receive a full refund. Write to us or to Paddle within that time; no reason is needed. Because Capaline is delivered immediately, we may reduce the refund in proportion to what was used, and we will tell you the amount before issuing it.

Business customers. Most of our customers are companies, and the withdrawal right above does not apply to them by law. Our own rule is simpler: within 14 days of a charge, if you have not used the workspace in that billing period, we refund it in full. We can see that from usage, and we do not ask you to prove it.

Charges that should not have happened. Refunded in full, at any time: a duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation, a charge for a workspace that was never opened, a charge at the wrong amount, or a period during which the service was unavailable through our fault.

Annual and custom agreements. Where we have agreed a yearly or custom plan, cancel inside the first 14 days and we refund it in full. After that the paid period runs to its end and is not refunded pro rata — but it does not renew unless you let it.

What we do not refund. Periods you used normally and then decided you no longer need — the way to avoid those is to cancel before the period renews, and the provider emails you before every renewal. We also cannot refund a charge made by someone in your company who was authorised to make it.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] with the email address on the subscription or the invoice number. We answer within two business days and, when a refund is due, ask Paddle to issue it the same day. Money returns to the original payment method; how long it then takes is your bank’s to decide, usually 5–10 business days.

You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net, where your invoices live.

Disputes

If you disagree with our decision, please write to us before asking your bank to reverse the charge — a chargeback takes weeks and locks the account while it runs, and we would rather simply refund you. If we cannot agree, Spanish consumer law and the courts of Valencia apply, as set out in our Terms.
