Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 August 2026 · version 2026-08-15
These terms govern your use of Capaline, a sprint resource planning service operated by
BZUB SOLUTIONS S.L. (NIF B75441717, Valencia, Spain). You accept them when you create a
workspace, set your password, or pay for a plan — whichever happens first. Acceptance is
recorded with the date, the account that accepted, and the version of these terms.
Business service. Capaline is sold to companies and professionals for their
business activity. It is not aimed at consumers, and the statutory consumer withdrawal
right does not apply to business customers.
What the service does
Capaline plans work across people: it holds sprints, tasks, teams, roles, hourly rates and
capacity, and calculates load, cost and margin from them. It can read from and write to your
Jira, send scheduled reports to a Telegram channel you own, and read approved time off from
your HR system (PeopleForce) to subtract it from capacity.
Your account
- The workspace belongs to the company that pays for it. The first account is the owner
and can transfer ownership.
- You are responsible for who you invite and for what they do with the access you give.
- Client accounts are read-only and free; they do not take a seat.
- Keep your password to yourself. Two-factor authentication is available and is required
by default for everyone except client accounts.
Free trial, card, and automatic renewal
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial.
- When you start a paid plan with a trial, a valid payment card is required and is
stored by our payment provider, not by us.
- Nothing is charged during the trial. At the end of the 14 days the subscription
renews automatically and the card is charged for the first period.
- You can cancel at any moment during the trial and no charge is made. Cancelling later
stops the next renewal; the period you already paid for runs to its end.
- We send a reminder to your billing address before the trial converts.
Prices, tax and payment
- Prices are shown excluding tax. VAT or the equivalent tax of your country is added
at checkout and paid by you on top of the price.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as merchant of
record and issues the invoice. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
- We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice to your billing
address. Your current period is never repriced.
Your data
Your planning data is stored on our servers inside the European Union and belongs to you.
We process it to run the service, and we do not sell it or use it to train anything.
- You can export your data at any time from the workspace.
- If you connect Jira or PeopleForce, you confirm you are entitled to grant that access.
From Jira we read issues, statuses, estimates and worklogs, and — if you switch it on —
write dates, estimates and status transitions. From PeopleForce we read employees and
approved leave; we never write anything back and never read the reason for a leave.
- Reports you send to Telegram go to a channel you choose and control.
- Details of what is stored, for how long, and by whom it is processed are in our
Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the service, or to bypass its access rules.
- Do not use it to process data you have no right to process.
- Do not resell, sublicense or rebrand the service without a written agreement with us.
- One workspace is one company. Reselling seats to unrelated companies is not covered.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and back it up daily, but we do not offer a
contractual uptime guarantee on standard plans. Planned maintenance is announced in advance
where practical. Support is by email at [email protected] during Spanish business
days; Enterprise plans may have separate terms agreed in writing.
Suspension and ending it
- You may cancel at any time from the workspace; access continues to the end of the period
you paid for, after which the workspace becomes read-only.
- Unpaid invoices: we allow a grace period before the workspace is locked. Data is not
deleted during that time.
- We may suspend access that breaks these terms, and will say why.
- After termination we keep your data for 90 days so you can export it, then delete
it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Liability
Capaline supports your decisions; it does not make them. Figures it shows depend on the data
you enter and on third-party systems you connect. To the fullest extent permitted by law our
total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the
claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including fraud or death and
personal injury.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to your billing address at least
30 days in advance, and the version and date at the top always tell you which text is in force.
Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the new version.
Language
These terms are published in English, which is the language of the contract between us. A
Spanish translation is available on request at [email protected]; in case of any
discrepancy the English version prevails.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes fall to the courts of
Valencia, Spain, unless mandatory consumer rules give you another venue.
